Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

We may offer free shipping on selected products, offers, or order values.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link/details via email or SMS so you can track your package in real time.

5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order is returned or undelivered, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the order.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with trusted courier partners, delays can occasionally happen due to circumstances beyond our control.

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

7. Damaged Packages

If the outer package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please mention it to the courier partner while accepting the package and record an unboxing video for proof.
